About Erica

Erica Washington’s clients are some of the happiest and most knowledgeable home buyers and sellers in Maryland today! Her first priority when meeting a new client is to find out how she can best help them. Erica actively listens and the insight she gains helps her more accurately address their wants and needs. Next, Erica gives clients the information they need to better understand the process of buying or selling a home with the least possible stress or uncertainty. From Ohio, but Erica grew up in Howard County since she was 10 and continues to raise her family here as well. Erica married her high school sweetheart, Adrian, who is a career firefighter for Howard County and they have two beautiful children as well.
